• Along the river side of the Black Pearl is an extensively connected patio and east side plaza providing opportunity for outside venue and seating.

Included in the rental is use of:

• 60 – 60 inch round tables

• 10- 6 foot rectangular tables

• 10 - 8 foot rectangular tables

• 20 bistro tables

• 500 mahogany chairs

  Deposit & Insurance:

$2500 security/damage and excessive cleaning deposit. Refundable upon inspection after event.
Client must provide proof of renters liability insurance for duration of their stay. Client may not sub-let to separate individual.
