The Black Pearl is an open concept industrial space that can be customized and decorated to fit your needs for your event. Our goal when designing the building was to create a space for the community where you can feel like it’s your own.
With 12,600 sq ft the venue can hold 1050 people (585 on the upper level and 465 on the lower level. 500 seated at tables with 230 on main level, 270 on upper level) A sweeping staircase or elevator can be used to access the second floor with panoramic views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. From the second floor is a 500 sq. ft. mezzanine overlooking the second floor with bird’s eye views of Mt. Hood, Portland, and the Port of Camas/Washougal Boat Basin.
We have the pleasure of being located in one of the most breathtaking parts of the country all accessible in our backyard.

Pretty spacious, clean and modern place. Two floors, elevator, windows facing sunset. Nice stair case. Four individual restrooms on each floor. Kitchen. Gas fireplace at each floor. Two big balconies. Relatives hosted a wedding for almost 200 people it was gorgeous.
Huge thank you to the Black Pearl for allowing us to host a board game event this month. It was such a blessing to see so many people coming together as a community in a fun positive environment. The accommodations were amazing and the venue is gorgeous. If you're looking for a place to host an event, I strongly recommend the Black Pearl.
I was extremely impressed with this venue! The space is sleek and beautiful, with huge river view windows. They have a three leveled interior that seamlessly transitions from a first floor ceremony and cocktail hour, to the main level reception; With the DJ Booth and Photo Booth on the top level. …
I photographed a wedding here and LOVE this venue. This venue is modern, elegant and minimal. Great for any bride that wants a minimal and timeless wedding!
