A sweeping staircase or elevator can be used to access the second floor with panoramic views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. From the second floor is a 500 sq. ft. mezzanine overlooking the second floor with bird’s eye views of Mt. Hood and the Port of Camas/Washougal Boat Basin. On the river’s edge is a wraparound patio that connects to the east side plaza for outside seating and events. Accordion doors open to the outside space which is perfect for food vendors, beer gardens, weddings, car auctions and more. There are two back to back fireplaces, four bathrooms and a warming kitchen on each floor. Each warming kitchen includes a commercial refrigerator/freezer, two six-foot warming towers, counters/cupboards and a large and small sink.
