Our rental rates include exclusive access to our award-winning waterfront venue and a comprehensive inventory of premium event essentials.
DEPOSIT & INSURANCE:
$2500 security/damage and excessive cleaning deposit. Refundable upon inspection after event. Client must provide proof of renters liability insurance for duration of their stay.
Client may not sub-let to separate individual.
RENTAL UPGRADES:
Prices do not include WA Sales Tax or $500 Alcohol Premium charge for Beer/Wine or $1000 Alcohol Premium charge for Spirits/Beer/Wine and prices may change.
Upgrade warming kitchens to catering kitchens for an additional, partially refundable fee of $750.
